Average commission completion time can vary depending on the current queue, but is generally 1 week to 1 month

I only make artwork in my own style. I will not change my style to replicate another artist or commercial property and will refuse any requests expecting such

Any commission purchased at these prices are for personal use only (please contact me directly to discuss commercial projects)

There are no refunds on completed projects. No exceptions

To order a commission from me, you must fill out the google form

Please make sure the idea you are requesting is on my will draw list (feel free to reach out to me directly if you're not sure!)

Please do your best to fill it out with as much information as possible - literally, there is no such thing as too much information about your character or your ideas for pose, etc.

Please do not send AI generated images as sources/references. I will require different images for reference if you do

Please double check you have left accurate contact information

Once I look over the form, I will reach out to you via the primary contact you left on the form to confirm your order

Once you have confirmed the information you left is accurate, I will send out a PayPal invoice to progress the commission

If you are interested in a NSFW commission, please check the box on the google form

If you are ordering a NSFW commission, you must be over 18

I reserve the right to request to see a piece of identification to confirm your age when dispatching confirmation of the commission request (I only need to see the name and date of birth, please cover the rest of your identifying information)

Please note: all characters provided in NSFW commission requests MUST be over 18 in their original material

I will not draw aged-up minor characters in NSFW commissions. There are no exceptions.

Once I agree to your commission request, I will dispatch a PayPal invoice to you

PayPal invoices must be paid before work can begin on your commission

I only accept payment via PayPal in US Dollars

When work has begun on your commission, you will receive 1 or more updates as I progress, depending on the complexity of the project and what feedback is necessary

Once I complete the sketch, it will be sent to the client for approval. During this stage as many edits or adjustments can be made as necessary

Once the sketch is approved by the client, I may send updates for further feedback

Smaller pieces (like portraits) generally require less feedback in comparison to large pieces like scenes and the degree of communication required from the client will likely reflect that

Once the commission is completed, the client will have the opportunity to look over the image to determine if there is anything I missed prior to final delivery

Once the image has reached the final check-in, any major changes that were not communicated during the sketch revisions or other updates that were not things I missed during consultation or sketch revisions will require a charge to change or adjust

I cannot read your mind so please provide as much information upon ordering and as much feedback as possible during sketch revisions!

Upon completion of a project, commissioner will receive one full resolution unwatermarked image, and one reduced resolution watermarked image

My commissions are digital-only; there is no physical product to be delivered

Images will be delivered via a private google drive link

Clients may post any commissioned artwork to your personal social media (I would request that you post the smaller, watermarked image so the commissioner retains the only high resolution copy for their own safety and preservation of the original image, but that is up to client discretion)

Clients may print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself

Art commissioned at noncommercial prices is always and explicitly for personal use only

I retain the rights to the produced drawing.

I reserve the right to post commissioned pieces to my own social media for the sake of advertisement and promotion of my own work

Art commissioned from me can never be used to train AI algorithms

Art commissioned from me can never be used in the creation of NFTs

Art commissioned from me for noncommercial prices cannot be resold in any capacity (including as prints, posters, t-shirts, book covers or any other form of merchandise)

Any attempt to generate profit off of my work without prior discussion and payment of commercial licensing is explicitly forbidden and considered copyright infringement

Violating these usage terms will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting
